During these unprecedented times in current history, we want to wish you all well and let you know that Willington Martin remains ready and available to prepare your tax returns. Resourcefulness, patience and precaution have become the new norm. Our firm has implemented new measures to keep you and us safe and healthy.
One of those measures, noted in our recent tax season package recommended using our FTP web portal for secure, direct document exchange. We want to underscore the importance of taking the step to setup your web portal now. We remind you that it is easy to setup and use and is the safest way to exchange documents, while limiting person to person contact as an added safety precaution. Please note that we will be placing all paper document packages in holding boxes for 3 days, due to surface germs, after which time they will be put into regular processing.
In order to continue to serve you and keep you and our team safe and healthy, we have also increased our cleaning protocols and practices, as widely advised by health officials. So that we can continue to serve you, each of our team members are setup to work from home should the need arise.
